Toddler Class

Mrs. Zohra Panjwani and Ms. Jackie Perkins

April 16, 2018

We hope you had a wonderful and fun filled weekend. We would like to start off with welcoming   a new friend, Brexten. Welcome to our class. We hope all of our students have a great time together before this year comes to an end.

Last week we reintroduced our hammer work to help with hand and eye coordination as well as large motor development. Another favorite work was Filling Jars. In this work our friends practiced filling and emptying objects from jars. In Art we worked on painting with circles and learned how to make many new colors. We discovered that our newly introduced opposite and matching cards were also a big success. Through our Spanish curriculum we were able to learn parts of the body and different foods in Spanish.

This week we will be introducing a sink and float activity through which the students will be able to become little scientists and test which objects will sink and which ones will float. We also hope to learn new songs in Spanish and also read many new books.

Thank you for all of your support to our class and we hope you have a great week.
